Bilal Kausar

Senior Executive

Bilal Kausar, son of Founding Director, Muhammad Kausar, holds a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University, UK.

Before joining the family-business, Mr. Kausar worked in British Petroleum in UK. Being an entrepreneur he has been responsible for different business development activities including Mega Energy Infrastructure Projects, Joint Venture & Partnerships, Myanmar Oil and Gas Concessions, Social Welfare Projects and LNG to Power Projects in Pakistan and Morocco.

Mr. Kausar is currently the Senior Business Executive at PEL and is responsible for Government Relations, Concession Management, handling of the Group’s Power Business and assuring Risk mitigation, Safety and Governance.

Mr. Kausar has represented the Company at various International Forums including APEX London, UK, ADIPEC Abu Dhabi, GPS Calgary, Canada, FCEF Turkmenistan, China and Singapore. He is borne on the permanent establishment of the Company & is an integral part of its Management.

Hina Zaheer

Senior Executive

Hina Zaheer is the daughter of late Mr. Zaheer ud din, Founder and former Chairman of Shahzad International Group of Companies, a family owned conglomerate of nine thriving companies. She has been formally part of the group since 2014, blessed to be given the opportunity of analyzing, scrutinizing and evaluating business prospects along with the Chairman.

Ms. Zaheer is a Master in Business Administration, specializing in Finance. Her Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Certification in Fashion Designing, early studies in Sciences, understanding of French and Arabic, makes her a member of diverse set of skills.

As a Senior Executive, Ms. Zaheer has been managing Chairman’s in-house business communication as well as correspondence between Joint Venture partners, embassies and foreign delegates. She has been monitoring and updating developments on trans-border gas pipeline projects, Kandra gas-to-power Project in the south of Pakistan, Gold, Copper, Ruby mining in the north and west, setting up of desalination plant and reviewing China Pakistan Economic Corridor projects. Ms. Zaheer has been conducting SWOT, PESTLE and SOAR analysis, performing TOWS matrix to create a shared vision for future, hence evaluating business proposals with the potential of windfall dividends.

Abdullah Zafar

Senior Executive

Abdullah Zafar holds MSc in Oil & Gas Management from University of Dundee, UK. His expertise range in a variety of areas including tax, legal, economic and policy matters pertaining to the energy sector.

Mr. Zafar is Senior Business Executive at PEL. His supervisory and managerial role at the company also requires him to oversee an eclectic variety of matters including risk assessment, ensuring compliance of regulatory affairs, international transactions and commercial deals, investment matters and contracts entered into by the company.

Faisal Zafar

Senior Executive

A young entrepreneur and business executive, Mr Faisal Zafar, has obtained ACCA qualification from BPP University, London. He also has to his credit a Masters degree in International Business & Finance which he graduated from Coventry University UK. He is well versed in the mechanics of international business and financing. He is presently working as a Senior Executive in the family business run under the banner of Shahzad International Group of Companies.
